Why should US and China exchange more of Financial Intelligence information?

China’s Communist Party General Secretary Xi Jinping Anti-corruption campaign has not yielded results as it was intended, and U.S had to limit visas for the first time in the program history (EB-5) following a surge of applications from Chinese Nationals.

This has led to MOU to be signed, as an important foundation for a reciprocal exchange of extremely valuable financial information to help thwart terrorism and money laundering in these perilous times.

A mutually beneficial bridge of cooperation would definitely serve either of the country’s best and vital interests to protect the citizens from the damage both criminals and corrupt politicians are inflicting upon.
